Calculate daily fuel usage × number of refuel days between resupply. A typical contractor crew truck burning 30 gallons/day and refueling every 3 days needs a 90+ gallon auxiliary. We carry models from 25 to 100 gallons for in-bed mounting, and up to 500 gallons for stationary installations.

Most in-bed auxiliary tanks include mounting brackets, L-track hardware, and installation hardware for full-size pickup trucks. Specific truck fitment (F-250, Ram 2500, Silverado HD, etc.) is listed per model. Contact us for custom-bed mounting needs.

Some combo units include a 12V transfer pump. Standalone tanks require a separate pump — we carry AC, DC, and hand pumps to match your flow rate and fuel type. Our specialists will match pump to tank to application.

Our aluminum auxiliary tanks are rated for diesel, gasoline, and aviation fuel. Chemical compatibility for DEF or other fluids varies by model — always check the product spec sheet. Poly tanks are available for chemical-resistant applications.

All tanks carry a manufacturer warranty from 1 to 5 years covering defects in material and welds. Transfer pumps carry a 1-year warranty. Our US team handles all warranty support and replacement parts.
